By accessing our clinic or using its services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not continue to use our services.

1. Appointments and Cancellations
• All appointments are subject to availability and must be booked in advance.
• Please refer to our Refund Policy for detailed information regarding cancellations and rescheduling.
• Appointment slots are allocated for the convenience of both patients and the clinic. However, scheduled appointment times are approximate and not guaranteed.
• Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or overlapping appointments. Patients and their attendants may be required to wait 30 to 60 minutes, even with a prior appointment.


2. Services Provided
• Rejuven Skin Clinic offers a variety of skin care and dermatological treatment services. Specific service details will be discussed and agreed upon prior to initiation.


• The clinic reserves the right to refuse service to any client at any time, without the obligation to provide a reason.
  


2. Payment:
• We accept various forms of payment, including cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic payment methods (UPI, etc.).
• The clinic reserves the right to determine and revise service charges based on the expertise, time, and care provided.
• Prices for services are subject to change without prior notice. However, clients will be informed of any changes before their appointment.



Important Note:

• Do not save or reuse the clinic’s QR code to make a payment without completing the booking process.
• Payments made by bypassing the official booking process will be considered invalid.
• If you do not receive a booking confirmation email after making a payment through our website, please contact us at 7550918902 between 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM.


3. Confidentiality:
1. Rejuven Skin Clinic is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of all client information and medical records, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Client data will only be shared with authorized personnel directly involved in providing care, unless disclosure is required by law.


4. Limitation of Liability:
1. While we strive to ensure the safety and effectiveness of our treatments, Rejuven Skin Clinic shall not be held liable for any adverse reactions, complications, or unsatisfactory results that may arise from the services provided.


5. Termination of Services:
1. The clinic reserves the right to terminate services for any client who behaves inappropriately, disrupts clinic operations, or fails to comply with clinic policies.


6. Changes to Terms and Conditions:
1. Rejuven Skin Clinic reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notice. Any such changes will take immediate effect upon being posted on our website or displayed at the clinic premises.
