Thank you for choosing our online booking services. By booking an appointment with our clinic, you agree to abide by this refund policy. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Our refund policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds for online appointment bookings made through our website.

1. Appointment Cancellation and Refunds:
   Cancellation by User:
   • Cancellations initiated by the patient/user are not allowed. No refund will be provided in such cases.
   • Cancellation by Healthcare Provider: In the rare event of a cancellation by the healthcare provider, a full refund will be issued to the user.
   • No-Show Policy: If a patient misses a scheduled appointment, no refund will be provided.
   
2. Refund Timeline and mode of refund:
   • Refunds, in the event of a cancellation by the clinic, will be processed within 7 business days.
   • Refunds will be issued via UPI only.
   • Please allow up to 72 hours for the refund to reflect in your account.
   • If your refund is not processed within the mentioned time frame, please contact the clinic via WhatsApp.
   

Exceptions:

1. Service Disruption:
   • Service Disruption: If services are disrupted due to natural calamities, unrest, or any other unforeseen circumstances at the clinic that prevent the appointment from taking place, a refund will be provided.
   • Exceptions to this policy may be granted in rare or exceptional cases at the sole discretion of the clinic management.
